Data Minimization

Nx’s Data Minimization Dashboard was designed to provide a global and detailed view of files that could be considered for data disposal and to enable your “right to be forgotten” privacy rights processing. This dashboard provides detailed overview of the files in relation to our data minimization categories of Redundant, Outdated, Trivial and Abandoned or what we call ROTA files.

Nx provides an embedded calculator that projects costs savings based on the amount of price points of disposable data (refer to ROTA Calculator for details). Our interactive features allow you to customize
your views by applying multiple filters (e.g., Department, Contextual Classification, Directory Paths, and File Types) so you can be very specific of what is included or excluded for disposal considerations.

Nx’s File Inventory table provides you full control to select or exclude specific files for easy disposal analysis.
