Dashboard Overview

Nx provides various out-of-the-box dashboards to enable you to quickly and easily start visualizing your data in the manner that best suits your needs. By default, 3 key dashboards are already configured in the platform: Data Catalog, Data Minimization and Access Risk Review. These dashboards can be further customized such as additional use cases, different order, different label, or additional graphics to allow a more personal layout and to better manage your data needs.

On Nx’s left side of the screen, you will see the Dashboards that may have been assigned to you to include:

• Data Assets > Data Catalog- complete visibility into the integrated repositories to include data maps, data classification, data attributes and data ownership
• Data Minimization > ROTA Analysis - complete visibility of your data estate to include the identification of data that may be toxic due to over-retention or may be beyond its useful life and could be disposed of
• Data Risk Intel (DRI) > Access Risks- complete visibility to identify excessive or unauthorized access risk associated with specific sensitive data files
